THE ASK:Create a campaign to motivate and engage FIFA staff and volunteers throughout the 2026 World Cup, while driving them to download and consistently use The Great Assist App — FIFA’s staff and volunteer recognition app.
INSIGHT: While fans get a halftime, the people behind the game never do. Recognition becomes an afterthought.
IDEA: We transformed recognition into entertainment. Using humor, playful storytelling, and exaggerated celebrations of everyday workplace moments, turning the app into a feel-good experience employees would actually want to engage with.
